2025 2nd International Conference on Communication Technology and Software Engineering (CTSE 2025)  was held in March 28-30, 2025. CTSE 2025 was organized as a parallel session of The 2025 5th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Technology Applications (AIITA 2025).

The conference aims to provide a diverse academic platform to promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation among participants, allowing participants to explore specific topics and research fields in greater depth, promoting academic exchanges and cooperation, and promoting the development and progress of communication technology and software engineering.A total of 5 high-level experts have been invited to give invited speeches, as well as oral presentations.
